SC State Bulldogs - Kizoa Movie - Video - Slideshow Maker

For this assignment we had to travel around campus and capture as much photos of our bulldog mascot that we could, then we had to create a slideshow of the pictures we had. Many of the different creative effects and filers help the bulldog slideshow come alive.

Final Post

The Electronic Media Production II class has taught me a lot. From blogpost to joining different social media for the first time for an example, my favorite Pinterest 

 I love the idea of different boards and pinnning your favorite pictures. Pinterest is always improving it gain the group behind Instapaper, which will keep working as a different application. The Instapaper group will both work on the center Pinterest experience and redesigning Instapaper. It is a great way of cataloging your ideas.

I have done so many things such as create a Prezi for the first time ever. Its such a cool way to do slides or prentations. I included My Favorite Top 10 Movies in my very first Prezi, in the beginning, it was complicated but once I got the hang of it I felt like a pro.

 Green Screen Project was based on Where I Want To Be!

I created a green screen photo of me sitting on a stack of money because I am a future billionaire. This was my first time creating a blended photo and It came out perfect.

I learned how to edit the picture to make it look realistic. This application could be used for fun and professional use such as advertising or commercial business. Below is my final project.

LinkedIn is made specifically for people looking to network with others in their work field. Staying connected with colleagues and searching for new opportunities that can help better them professionally and successfully. Its very essential to have a LinkedIn and to keep it updated because you will always have helpful source. My LinkedIn  help me connect with many people in my career field which can help me find a job after college.

                                                                 

                                                                     Creative Kizoa

Kizoa can be used to create collages, videos and movies. For this assignment we had to take pictures around campus and create a slideshow of them. One thing I loved was all of the different effects and filters that were offered.   My SC State Bulldog Kizoa was created easily. Shockingly it didn't take me long to learn how to use Kizoa. Very easy and creative!

I have been on twitter for a while now but I decided to create a new account for school purpose. I decided to keep my user name "@mediawithmariah" 

My Twitter is the most used app and social media that I have. I love the short word count, which makes it easier to tweet simple thoughts. I follow many famous and inspirational artist that I look up to. Twitter helps me feel more connnected.

My Classmate Feature Story was on Andjoua Roundtree, for this assignment we had to pair up and interview each other, than blog a short biography based on the information we received.

In Conclusion, My final thoughts 

Throughout this course I have gotten advance with technology and social media, many great useful things I will use not only for school but my everyday life. This class was very hands on and Mr. Hardwood was always willing to help if it was needed. I truly enjoyed this course and would highly recommend it to any student.

Where I Want to Be

In class we worked on a green screen project, displaying how would we view ourselves in the future. 

Well, I love big faced hundreds and money makes the world go 'round so this is what I created.

My very first Prezi was based on my top 10 favorite movies . The Lion King was my number one all time favorite movie ever since I was a young child.

I had a great opportunity of seeing this on Broadway in New York. The experience was so amazing, it felt like I was actually in the play. Seeing this live is significant as to why The Lion King is my favorite movie. It is one dear memory that I will never forget!

 I love how you are able to add music and videos to different slides. The way you can customize your Prezi with different shapes,  pictured backgrounds, sizes and colors makes presenting a little more extravagant!

All About Andjoua

Andjoua Roudtree is a mass communication journalism major, 22 years young from the great Denmark, South Carolina. She has a younger sister and some of her hobbies includes, traveling, shopping, and spending time with her family.

 When asked what is her favorite quote, Roundtree says, "Even when the winning is illogical losing is still far from the optional" quoted by rapper T.I.P Harris. She says this quote helps motivate her to say that no matter how hard the journey is or maybe just because you cant see your way through at that very moment, giving up should never be a choice. "T.I. is also my favorite artist along with  J. Cole because they speak from life experiences and voices inspirations"

Role models in her life are her uncle, mother and grandparents. When asked how come she said           that "they have been guiding light and instilled "life" in me". Some of  Andjoua aspirations are to become the person shes one day to be, to live up to her true potential, find hidden talents, and to empower others."..live life and make it worthwhile to extent that i am no longer with aspiration, because I have achieved everything that I've wanted to do". 

Some long term goals Andjoua set for herself are to further her education, find a successful career, and travel the world" If she could change one thing about the world it would be to bring more peace across the nation, "I just want to harmonize the world with love", says Andjoua.

SUMMER

This summer was very productive and successful. I attended summer school at South Carolina State and worked part time in the hair salon.

Even though I would've rather be in Miami or a cruise to Jamaica, it was serious work that needed to be done.  Work now play later right?

The summer flew by and I completed my classes with A's and B's. Now the fall semester has started and I'm expecting nothing but greatness this school term. I am excited that now my broadcasting classes have begun and I can finally start learning more about the field.
