This was one of the best projects in this class, I enjoyed being able to create my own video. We were able to choose between our own DIY, PSA or a commercial. I chose to do my project on Sapphire Pom Squad which was founded on the campus of South Carolina State University. Below is the video.. check it out.

Quick Takes
QUICK TAKES PICTURE-IN-PICTURE VIDEO
This assignment was very interesting, it was my first time completing a project like this. I incorporated three different video clips from YouTube. In the beginning I thought it was going to be complicated using Adobe Premiere In Picture (PIP) being that I never used this before but it was pretty easy after I got the hang of it with help from Mr. Harwood.

Light Reflector Effect
Jordan Huff (Left) using the reflector on Sterling Jones (Right). Using this method allows photos and videos to have a better effect. Objects appear much brighter because of the sun.
This third photograph demonstrates the effect of the reflector. Compared to the photo above this is brighter picture and it has better quality.

Experiencing the Solar Eclipse
Orangeburg Solar Eclipse '17 was a great event hosted at the Oliver C. Dodson Stadium on the beautiful campus of South Carolina State University. All of North America was able to experience the eclipse of the sun. The last Eclipse was taken place nearly a century ago so many people traveled across the country to witness history. At this event The Marching 101, SCSU Cheerleaders, and many vendors kept the audience entertained while making history. Creating this assignment was excited and also unforgettable.

Resume Tape
I enjoyed editing this video because it allowed me to see my growth throughout this semester as a broadcasting and communications major here at SC STATE. This resume tape showed some of my strongest skills and this could be a great aspect for future references such as applying for a job.
Below is the reel uploaded to my YouTube, be sure to subscribe!!
NEWS PACKAGE AND ANCHOR READING
This News Package covered the SC State Bowling Center which is located in the K.W. Green Student Center.
Due to the stress of final exams many students come here to relax and enjoy themselves. I had the opportunity to speak with fellow bulldogs and the coordinator of the bowling center. Below is the edited video on my YouTube Channel
Anchor reading was a great project that I had major fun creating, covering different stories and editing was the best part about this production. Using the teleprompter at a nice pace was very convenient and help made this successful.

Q & A
This Q & A assignment , also known for "Question and Answer",was a great experience. Not only did I get to learn more about professor Patrick Harwood 's teaching experience but also his other accomplishments such as being a writer of several books.
Recording was the best part, on the other hand, editing was a little complicated due to the many different scenes. Nonetheless, I was able to complete this project successfully. Below is the interview uploaded to My YouTube Channel...
Enjoy!!!

New Pedestrian Bridge for SC State Bulldogs
Students of South Carolina State University that lives in Campus Corner and University Village no longer have to cross the busy highway to get to class.
Thanks to the Crowder Construction Company, The new pedestrian bridge is finally completed and will be very beneficial to the SC State Bulldog family.
New Bulldog Bridge Recording this project was difficult because unfortunately I sick when they recorded as a class and was unable to use certain equipment. With the help of B-Roll that was given to the class on a jump drive, and a few students opinions, I was able to complete this assignment |

Word ON The Street POS
For this assignment, SC State Bulldogs were discussing President Obama's legacy and Donald Trump's Inauguration. I went around campus interviewing students and staff and received great feed back. I enjoyed editing this video, for the first time using Adobe went rather smooth for me.
